High Load Strikes Iconic Camden Lock Bridge

This afternoon, there were chaotic scenes outside our shop window, when a lorry carrying a high load struck the iconic Camden Lock railway bridge.  Three fire engines attended the incident alongside police and other emergency vehicles. 

Traffic soon built up along the A502 before diversions were put in place.  The lorry has since been removed, but police tapes still surround the scene.  The public can still access Camden Market.
